Lay sheets of feta into an ovenproof baking dish. Generously swirl a good robust olive oil over the top. Add sundried tomatoes, olives, fresh basil and oregano and place into 350 F oven till melty.
Serve with warmed pita bread, french bread, corn chips, crackers... whatever!
We love baked feta! It is an easy appetizer for a get together and always is a hit!
Cold Feta Appetizer: Feta goes great with tomatoes and fresh basil. Line up a toothpick with a nice piece of basil, square of feta, and a cherry tomato on top! "Easy peasy lemon sqeezy"... and yes. a squirt of lemon (or olive oil) added is divine!
Pasta Sauce: Crumble it on top of your pasta sauce. Goes great with spaghetti squash and sauce! Gorgeous!
